Shipping
Free shipping across Canada on every order, with no minimum.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 5 to 8 days after dispatch. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way (check your spam folder if you cannot find it).
We currently ship to Canada only. Delivery times are indicative: carriers, weather or periods of high demand can add a few days. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, write to us within 7 days so that we can open an investigation with the carrier and resend your order if needed.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return a set, no questions asked. The set must be unused and unbuilt, with all sealed bags intact and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email contact@blokkbricks.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the set is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
Once we receive and check the set, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days. Sets returned opened, partly built, damaged or incomplete cannot be refunded.
Missing or damaged pieces
If a piece is missing or damaged, we replace it free of charge. Email contact@blokkbricks.com with your order number and the piece reference from the booklet, and we send the replacement at no cost.
